Center for Innovation

The University of North Dakota's Center for Innovation serves as an entrepreneurial incubator aimed at fostering the creation, development, and commercialization of innovative ideas, services, and businesses. Positioned as a leader in innovation across the Northern Plains, the Center actively collaborates within the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Grand Forks and throughout North Dakota, aligning with the LEADS UND Strategic Plan. It offers a range of services including incubation space, start-up coaching, commercialization expertise, and connections to an extensive entrepreneur network. Additionally, the Center supports student-run enterprises and experiential learning opportunities such as the Runway Accelerator program, which provides training, mentorship, and funding to nurture student and alumni ventures.
