Homebuyer education is required by lenders for many first-time homebuyers as a condition of their mortgage approval. But that doesn’t mean you have to wait until you’ve picked a realtor, or have a closing date set.
We offer a number of options to meet your needs. (But if your financing is subject to completing homebuyer education, make sure the option you choose is approved by your lender!)
