The Quota Gold Scholarship, established in honor and memory of charter members Rose Reschini and Fran Supinka upon the occasion of Quota's 50th (gold) anniversary, is designed to offer financial support to a non-traditional female student who has gained acceptance to a program to further her education in order to accomplish her professional and career goals.

Applicants must complete this form and submit it along with two letters of recommendation and proof of acceptance to a recognized post-secondary program, in order to be considered for the scholarship. The scholarship is for a minimum of $500 to be used for educational and/or professional development.
