The Seaford Community of Hope (SCOH) is dedicated to supporting vulnerable families in Seaford, particularly in the Meadowbridge and Chandler Heights Apartments. SCOH operates Family Resource Centers (FRC) that provide a range of comprehensive services aimed at enhancing community resilience, stability, self-sufficiency, and economic mobility through wrap-around support. This initiative, which includes partnerships with notable figures and organizations such as Delaware's First Lady Tracey Quillen Carney and various local agencies, focuses on leveraging community resources to improve family well-being.
